OUR MISSION

J.M.I. PUBLIC SCHOOL, BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH, IS A SCHOOL WITH A UNIQUE FEATURE OF IMPARTING MODERN EDUCATION IN AN ISLAMIC ATMOSPHERE. J.M.I. PUBLIC SCHOOL IS BORN OUT OF IDEOLOGY THAT ONLY WORLDLY ACADEMIC EDUCATION IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR OUR ULTIMATE SUCCESS BUT WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WIN BEST IN THIS DUNIYA (WORLD) AND IN THE AKHIRAH (HEREAFTER) ACQUIRE ‘JANNAT-UL-FIRDAUS’.
INSHAALLAH (AMEEN).
THE PAST CENTURY WITNESSED INCREASING DICHOTOMY BETWEEN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND WORLD ACADEMIC EDUCATION. ON ONE HAND, WE HAVE THE MADARSAS THAT TEACH ONLY THE ISLAMIC THEOLOGY AND ON THE OTHER HAND WE HAVE THE SCHOOLS THAT TEACH ONLY THE “WORLDLY” CURRICULUM.
BECAUSE OF THIS DICHOTOMY, RELIGIOUS PEOPLE LOOK DOWN UPON WORLDLY EDUCATION AS AN EVIL AND AN AVERAGE MUSLIM, EDUCATED IN PURE WORLDLY ACADEMICS IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND ISLAM BECAUSE THE ISLAMIC THEOLOGIANS ARE NOT EDUCATED IN THE SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS, AND THEREFORE, ARE UNABLE TO SATISFACTORILY ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS WITH LOGIC AND REASONS. THUS, WE HAVE COME TO A STAGE WHERE THE MAJORITY OF MUSLIMS ARE UNAWARE ABOUT THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM.
HOWEVER, SUCH DICHOTOMY DOES NOT EXIST IN THE TEACHINGS OF THE QUR’AN AND THE SUNNAH WHICH ENCOURAGE US TO SEEK ALL ‘BENEFICIAL KNOWLEDGE’.
THUS OUR AIM IS TO PROVIDE BOTH ISLAMIC AND WORLDLY ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE TO OUR CHILDREN TO INSHAALLAH BUILD THE CHILDREN OF UMMAH A RESPONSIBLE ‘DAYEES’ TO INVITE PEOPLE TOWARDS HAQ (RIGHT) AND FORBID WRONG ACTIVITIES AND TO REPRESENT ISLAM PRACTICALLY AS ALLAH (SWT) SAYS IN THE GLORIOUS QUR’AN:

“You are the best of people, evolved for mankind, enjoining what’s right and forbidding what is wrong and believing in Allah” (3:10)

AT J.M.I. PUBLIC SCHOOL, STUDENTS GROW UP IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT MODELS, IN A PRACTICAL SENSE, WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MUSLIM. J.M.I. PUBLIC SCHOOL NOT ONLY PROVIDES ITS STUDENTS WITH THE NECESSARY TOOL TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PRINCIPLES AND TEACHINGS OF ISLAM, BUT ALSO TEACHES STUDENTS TO APPLY THESE TEACHINGS IN THEIR DAILY LIVES.
FROM A VERY YOUNG AGE, CHILDREN’S ISLAMIC IDENTITY AT J.M.I. PUBLIC SCHOOL IS ESTABLISHED, NURTURED AND STRENGTHENED WITH A STRONG GROUNDING, WE HOPE FOR OUR FUTURE GENERATION TO FACE LIFE’S SITUATION WITH AN ISLAMIC FRAME OF MIND AND MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE FOUNDATION AND VALUES THAT WERE ESTABLISHED DURING THEIR YOUNGER YEARS.

Kindly notice the Ramadan’s reduced school timings for summers from the very first day.
